Etek 4 LT or AM

I'm looking to get one of these and I know the only difference is the plastic parts on the LT but its it worth an extra 100 bucks for all metal? Your opinions are greatly appreciated. I do know the plastic is strong cuz it's the same they use on Glock frames so it's not cheaply made.

I had this dilemma. But honestly I'd just the the LT, It's not like you'll need an upgraded board right away. If so just get the LT with the APE board for that extra 100$. Only reason for the AM would be colors, ability for upgraded board. Like I said get the LT & if truly want spend the extra 100$ on the board.

I think the am is a bit pointless since you are practically buying an ego with an etek solenoid. Besides, the lt is very durable as it is and has a great board as well. No need to drop more money into a stock etek than the lt price IMO.

The LT imo, there's no reason to pay $100 more for metal parts.

The plastic that they make the LT out of is actually stronger then the aluminum in the AM. Downside is you can't do much to the colors with the LT.

I have the AM it's just what I wanted. I sold my 3 LT and the frame and feed neck never broke in anyway. I had a 09 ego frame bend on me going into a bunker so nothing is set in stone.
