I accidentally messed up my ASA/Reg and told kee about it, they sent me a new one. I love the customer service and its a big reason why I pre-ordered a vanquish.

after i emailed KEE i got a reply in 1 day saying they are sending me a new board for free, just got another email saying it is already on the way and will be here in a week. This company has probably THE BEST customer service i've ever experienced. Will absolutely buy from empire/invert again.

They'll fix everything besides the board. If the board was the problem they will probably send it back and tell you to put the stock board in it. I think Virtue has a lifetime warranty too and they will replace/fix stuff for free as well.

Nope its not the board its the gun i have switched the board between guns n it works fine.

After I read all this about Kee, I emailed them myself. When I bought an Axe recently, it came with redline and the cover of the redline grip to get to the battery and such had a decent gash in it. So I figured what the hell, I'll ask Kee if they had any extra covers for the redline. They responded right away, said he had an extra in his desk, and shipped it out right away for free. I am pumped, I figured it was a shot in the dark, but now I am glad I asked them. Can't wait to get this thing in, it is minor but it bothered me. Needless to say, I am very impressed with Kee.

*** UPDATE!! ***

Wrestled the AXE away from FedEx - YAY!!!

Noid and reg regplaced per service notes - SCHWEET!

Put new battery in and tested the eyes and such...it works - YAY!!!

Configured new Shockwave board for Ramping/12.5...it works - SUPER YAY!!!

Turned eyes off and test fired...i can hear it "clicking" correctly - OMG YAY!!!

attached my tank and gased her up....it didnt blow apart - SUPER STOKED YAY!!!

Dry fired it...scared the beejesus out of the cat (big ole fluffy tail..hehe)...all good - YAY!!!

KEE Customer Service - TOTALY LIKE OMG SUPER FREAKING YAY!!!!

shotyaface plays in the APPA D4 division
I've visited the Empire booth and had their techs service my gun at PSP. They replaced my scratched up bolt guide in order to fix a leak and put a new gauge on the ASA. Turns out the leak came back, so I emailed KEE and they sent me a new poppet, which fixed the problem.
