Keep in mind PSP Dallas is happening. They may be out of the office. I would advise calmly talking to them about the issue.
As far as manuals, not every company makes high-gloss catalog like manuals. Especially for boards, they are usually rather 'cheap' to keep additional costs down. And often are simply printed out as most companies that offer aftermarket boards post them online.

Some current ION boards and earlier boards for other markers didn't have screens. I've been fiddling with a board all day trying to get the tournament lock off but the dipswitches seem to do nothing, so I gave them a call today at about 2pm and they said I could send it in (lifetime warranty).
