After the yellow flashes, you pull the trigger how ever many times the value for the setting is needed.

when going through the program in I saw a solid set of colered lights and blinking lights. Its the solid yellow for fire modes right? to exit just turn the marker off? for some reason all the dip switches are in the up position. it has bolt stick when dry fire too. the bolt doesnt go all the way back like the lpr is to low. what is the turns out on the lpr on a DM5? I traded a Marq 6 for this DM5 think a got the crapy end of the deal. The Marq 6 shot sweet.

The stock DM5 chip was semi auto only - there were no interchangeable modes, and there was no ramping, PSP or otherwise. So, if you definitely have PSP ramping (not trigger bounce giving the appearance of ramping), this is not the stock chip.
That being the case, you would need to ascertain what chip you have in order to find out how to change the settings.

Lil late, but the Dye had a chip that was locked PSP, and another for millennium, you can have a "stock" chip, but locked to PSP mode.
