Never had an issue with FSD, so I have never used this setting with either my stock bolt or pooty bolt.

I had a little bit of FSDO when my o-rings weren't quite broken in yet. I didn't even bother upping the setting as I just dealt with the small bit of FSDO I had until the o-rings broke in a bit. With the new Militia V2 Lube and properly fitting/broken in o-rings, you should not have issues with FSDO.

What do you mean by breaking them in? Won't they swell over time? Example monkeyoring kits

No, o-rings don't swell unless you use dow55 or a lube that has petroleum in it. Regular buna o-rings with a dow33 based lube will not swell...they will actually get a little smaller as they break in as some of the outer material works off over time.
