Dyed spire hot hot hot pink

Used directions from Disturbs thread on the splashed spire. Got a very very bright pink, almost red or orange in certain light.
Took me about 15minutes, and I've never done anything like this before so just know even dumbies can do it!

Holy Moly that is HOT PINK! I like it! Did you use powdered or liquid Rit? Boiling water?

Used liquid Rit, got the water to an almost boil in a pot then I poured it into a bucket that was in my sink, added the dye, stirred for 30 seconds then dropped the pieces in! |

Do you use the regular liquid pink Roy dye? The dye at Walmart was a very light pink color? Is it the same dye you used? And if you used that color how long did you let it sit in the dye.
I think the pink they had was called petal pink, what color did you use?

Yeah the water stayed hot, I just transferred it over to make it easier.
Kept it in the dye for about 5 minutes, you'll be able to judge it on your own. |
