Dm13 Cubix Grey Anodizing issue/losing colour ?

I have a DM13 Cubix Gray issue , i went to clean my gun after using it with a damp clean towel to remove paint from it . While doing so, i noticed i was getting some of the anodizing colour coming off the gun onto the towel. I've never seen or heard of this happening before and kinda shocked considering the costs of these guns .

I've sent a message to dye already, but thought i post this here to see if anyone else has experienced or heard of this happening ?

Well, they do put the Ano on using water. But. Have a PGA reflex and never had this problem.

Yea it's strange.

I've added a few pics , might be a little hard to see in gun pics (due to ****ty camera) but you can see the anodizing on the towel pics . I've sent dye these as well , and in contact with them , so will see what happens .

wow.... i can't really tell from the gun pics, but thats clearly anodizing on the towel. I would be pissed...
