Get a HP tank. Any brand will do. I'd recommend Ninja. Regs will determine how consistent they are. Efficiency won't really change on a tank unless you're referring to different sizes.

you determine the size...it depends on what you are comfortable with.

Any high pressure tank will do.
I would personally recommend Ninja (best regs in the business).

I believe there is still a video on youtube on how one should size their tank. I recommend a 68/45 or 77/45 both are a great size and will yield plenty of shots.
