The Hawaii Amateur Paintball League would like to encouraging all HAPL Teams to participate in Hawaiian Heats Fundraising Event at Hawaii Extreme Paintball on March 17, 2013. We are also very excited to announce that teams competing in this event will be awarded the Standard HAPL Series Points base off the Final Standings Results and counted towards this 2013 HAPL Season. Stan should answer some of this stuff,


5 man end flag instead of center flag

Not gonna make a big deal out of stickers on hoppers

Season Scoring is different

7 minute game instead of 5 minute (to be announced at captains meeting before the game)

Penalties will be the same but refs will use better judgement they will not be one for one crazy.

Still 300 fps capped NPPL Semi 12.5 bps

Divisions are only Amateur and Novice this season

OK besides the rule book already stating it NO METAL CLEATS or Ceramic Cleats, Not aggressive cleats like FOOTBALL ones either.

Event Paint ONLY

Stan should post if there any major rule differences and there will be a Captains meeting in the morning of the event to go over any questions.

Paint pricing is $45.00 for Redemption and $50.00 For Redemption Pro.

Everything has been discussed with team captains. Registration and final check in 8am, Team captains meeting 8:30am first game 9:30am or earlier (depends how fast teams get ready). Penalty Crew, Travisty and Exodus Amateur, Everyone else is Novice. Rosters are still being reviewed (3 man panel) to prevent any "sand bagging" to keep this as fair as possible.

Again everyone this is now divisional and all subsequent events in the series are now divisional. Here is a teaser there will be 2 open class events held during the year on top of the tournament series for those of you whom want to chase that bigger cash pot.
