Smaller back for the barrel...zick2...that's about it. Unless you are chopping paint, and you have excluded the paint and loader as the problem there is no need for a bolt...the stock board has enough adjustability to tune the marker. It's about it.

zick2, bolt, trigger, board, barrel backs/kit, good grease/lube, tuned for consistency or efficiency.

I was curious about the bolt myself but most of the research I have seen says it really doesnt make it shoot better.
The trigger is a matter of preference. If you like the one on the gun your fine.
The barrel is way overbored so thats a legit possibility. I have the stormtrooper color so I got the matching freak kit.
The board is a possibility but really whats the point? If your playing rec ball your probably going to be shooting semi. If you playing in a tournament it has the modes built in. If you really want an LCD screen then it might be worth it.
I did get custom grips for my Etek3 just purely for looks and the Barrel kit but thats about it.
The good thing about getting a great gun like the Etek is you really don't need upgrades to get good performance.

LCD Board, better barrel and new bolt if you want. I found they dont help a big amount to be honest.

strongly suggest a new trigger. Aside from a barrel back (the shaft3 was seriously overbored), the violent series don't have the same wobble as the stock trigger and stick out further, making it way easier to walk and just a fantastically clean pull.

^With him^ My friends Etek 3 AMs trigger felt just as tight and nice pull as the trigger in my Etek (08 Ego trigger). I just think people need to mess around with the adjustment screws and dial them in till their perfect. Other than that The Etek 3s really don't need anything other than a better barrel kit, bolt if chopping is an issue, and an LCD board if your like me and can't stand using the trigger to program your gun. Everything else that can be done to the Etek 3 would be pure cosmetics and personal preferences.

Ape, Rampage OLED board. Well worth $100, battery life is longer, and you can see, for sure, where your settings are at.
