Just picked up an Ion. It has a Trinity feed neck, on off asa, and 14 inch 2 piece freak barrel. Opinions on next upgrade?

Bolts were a popular first option but I recommend a qev, bolt, and board as my suggestions. You can change out the firing can and other things as well. I ran a fire bolt, 360 qev, and a blackheart in mine and had it set up for psp 12.5 ramp along with my freak barrel at the time when I had mine don't remember what I set the dwell to but I know it was pretty low.

qev is the biggest performance increase you will get, followed by the bolt. a qev with the stock bolt will drop the dwell and pressure a lot, giving you a smoother shot and more efficiency. Combined with a good bolt it is a VERY smooth spoolie.

what hopper do you have? anything electrical would be helpful. if you do QEV, and board next.

qev, L7 bolt or HP
trigger if u dont have one already

dont change the chamber its just looks , stock is good

Thanks guys I picked up a qev a couple days ago. Have yet to shoot with it but it is a bit of an awkward fit under the body. Also have a trigger on the way.

Maybe a cp trigger, or any trigger of your choice. Cheap upgrade
