I see there are new "status" g6r's. the advertised efficiency is increased from 2011 models? There is now a "mega volume chamber" as well getting over 2800 shots. So it has a larger volume chamber now and also greater efficiency? I know the trigger, asa, milling, bolt pin, oled board is new. Can someone clarify. I am asking since I owned a red/black 2011 g6r and am interested in the newer ones.

I hadn't heard anything about any efficiency changes. New models were just new milling cuts as far as I knew. Trigger and bolt were changed for premium models but that's it.

finally picked up an LP poppet. can't wait to try it out, although my g6r is pretty smooth already.

i only had 1 g6r with the LP poppit but i never had a chance to tune it so i couldn't get the full experience
