G6R not shooting at all

Hey guys, looking for some help since Iīm teching a friends g6R here in Mex
He was shooting on off (not consistent) and decided to clean everything.
Problem is that once aired up I can push the bolt with my hand (forward) , that shouldnīt be ok is it

couple of things.

If I turn the LPR flus (0 actually) and air the marker, the bolt is free, no presure no nothing
If i start turning the LPR in (2 turns to about 70ish) then I get the bolt to move back for shooting position but the maker wont shoot at all.

help me out pleas , Im in Mex so presure tester is not easy to find.

Thanks guys.

PS, checked 3 time spoppit , LPR setting coils, etc, etc
New battery in (actually 2 tested)

PS2. noid click is strong so I doubt its a noid issue.

With air on, push the little red button on the side of the solenoid. That will force the solenoid to cycle.

Has the solenoid ever been taken apart?

Gas it up and hold in the red button on the noid. This should make it force fire, dislodging any debris that could be inside of it.

I ask because if you lose one of the pins in the solenoid it will be rendered useless after that.

its on the other side if the noid. the only part you should need to work on is the piston side. just take the end cap off and remove the piston. clean off the old grease and apply a fresh coat of dow 33. you should also take a qtip and clean up the inside where the piston goes also.

make sure you put the pieces together right. there are tiny little orings that link the segments together. if you put on upside down that will cause a leak.

Don't put too much lube on the piston or you will gunk the noid up. You need a very thin coat. Very thin.

Gen1-5/Marq solenoids are not the exact same as Gen6 since all it's ports are on one side compared to the other being on both sides.

But this thread should get you what you need:

After spending 7 hours on the marker Iīm done
Lube every seal oring, so, no leaks
Changed ram orings front and back
new batts 2 tested
surgery on noid 2 times
i have no leaks at all but the G6R is not shooting. I talked to Garret at Blast , he said he was going to send pics of the noid but i got it stripped down and back

this is the only G6r iīve seen here in Mex so far so no luck on getting another noid to test.

Thanks for the help guys

yes i did, but it never worked
Actually, i powered the marker (i donīt think you can gass it up and still touch the red botton) and push it several times and it never cycled. It did when pulling the trigger

You should be able to get to the red button through the grips.
