We will start chatting this week. Travis, John and Myself started talking last spring and we have found a mentor for the program. We have to admit our papers for club sports, the sooner the better. I would like to get a meeting going sometime this week. It will most likely be toward the end of the week. PM if you would like to get my e-mail so we can stay in closer contact. Alright, so with the start of classes and some of us working; we have decided to push the meeting back to next week. We are going to try and put together some flyers and post them up around campus. In the mean time hang tight, we need to get settled in a little bit, then we can get this thing rolling. Thanks

A general update on the La Crosse area ball opportunities for anyone else who stumbles in here would be a good thing i think. Its good to see this thread get some action. I find the lack of paintball in La Crosse disturbing!

Im an older guy (40)..but have enjoyed paintballing since my college days at Viterbo. Would love to find some other guys who just enjoy going out and playing some woodsball or rec ball.

Never thought this thread would come back to life. My room mate plays consistently but still treks down to Apoc in Poynett. Im not sure if the field in osseo still exsists, battleground or something. Otherwise the closest place would be Apoc or something south of the cities.

Hey everyone i am in the process of trying to start a paintballing club here at UW La Crosse. I wanted to check in at this site before really moving forward and i happened to run across this thread. Are people still interested in starting this team? I am willing to write up bylaws and do the dirty work to make this happen. I have been playing paintball on and off for the past 7 years. We need to get a good core of competitive amateur paintballers to really get the ball rolling. I will check up on this thread but i am also planning on trying facebook.
