The black and red harness in the upper right is a connector for Gen 3 eyes. Before they came out with the single harness that went from the eyes straight to the board gen 3s had a wire from the connector on the board that plugged into the eyes like that.
Actually looking at your pick more closely it looks like you have 3 of those harnesses (though that black and green one might be to a 2k2 or something I don't know offhand but I've never seen a Gen 3 with black and green. They've all been red black blue black.
The left one is a 2k2 membrane pad connector (I think).

The red and black one on the top might be a species eye wire extender. Since they need longer eye wires they have an extender. Its been a while since I had a species so you might wanna check one out to make sure.
The one on the left with the yellow wires is for a 2k2 style LCD frame with a membrane pad. The bottom right is the same type of wiring except it doesn't have the yellow connection for the membrane pad, meaning it's meant for a 2k2 LED frame. They are both 12 point harnesses. The two short eye y-connectors are for gen3 and above boards. The right most with the green and black wires is an incomplete battery harness for gen3 and above boards as well. It's missing the wiring that the battery attaches to. The last one I'm not sure of.
