The tourney players who don't turn it down during recball, 10X more when it is newbies.

When I ref with newbies playing against those guys, I might just call a few unobvious hits clean, and I might accidentally let slip where the other team is... and I do cheer when the newbies win.

My number one most annoying thing is when a new player asks for a paint check on their mask. I come over to check it and he or she points to a giant splat of paint right in the middle of their lens and asks if it broke...

That's just retarded! Lol.
I hate it most when people take their mask off durning games after you warned them twice. I try to give them some slack but come on. Your going to get kicked off for a while if you keep doing it.

I remember I was refring once, with a kids party. And of course there's always that one kid who has to show off. Well anyways, he was using an ego his mom bought him, and he was bored I guess cause the game was like dead, so he aims at me and shoot me in the stomach, with a gun un chronod. I was parrallel to him, so it wasn't an accident.

Then I yelled at him, "YO BUDDY WHAT THE **** IS YOUR PROBLEM?" He was scared ****less! He apologized at least 20 times.
(keep in mind I'm 5' 11" 230 pounds)





And im sure I speak for every reff on this one:
People who just stand there with there hand up while there out, or just walk through a lane of paint, and ***** when they get hit!

When rec ball players go try hard against the new players. Also when people don't tip, I essentially get paid nothing so tips are very nice.

That's really no way to act as a ref. It's your job to get shot. Even if it's intentional you should never swear at a player, talk to them and warn them calmly and professionally.

Something that really bugs me is when groups of friends renting want to stay together and then complain that the teams are unfair. So I divide renters and regulars evenly between the teams, and then they complain that they're not with their friends! It's one or the other people.
