Issue with tadao yakuza usb board

So I have had this board in my vice for maybe 2-3 years, it has now become my backup so I havnt used it in a while. I pulled it out last week and the OLED screen was very dim, couldnt see it at all and the marker wouldnt shoot above 150 fps I put a new battery (Duracell) in and relubed everything still wouldnt go above 150, LPR at 70. I plugged in the usb and reset factory settings and then the OLED screen wouldnt even light up, just the bottom right few cells of the oled would light up. I put the stock board back in and saw the eyes were not working either, basically my question is do you think the board is broken, if so, what would cause the board and eyes to go out at the same time?

TL;DR What would cause my board and 4c eyes to go bad at the same time?

Sorry if this is not the right place, didnt really know where else to put it

You sure the battery you put in was good? Have you checked the wire harness and connections for loose/broken/exposed wires

The dim OLED is the board failing. Tadao got a bad bath of screens that the manufacturer then promptly stopped making so you might be **** out of luck and need a new board.

Think your eyes going bad at the same time was probably a coincidence.

thanks for your response and link to the right section. The connector does appear to be a bit loose

That is a bummer I'm glad i kept the stock board at least, thanks for your response as well.

Yup...the screen is done... Happened with the one on my dm7. Emailed Will and he stated they didn't fix them anymore...that I would have to buy a new one (since I wasn't the original owner...no receipt)
If you do happen to have the receipt...you might try contacting them...the worse they could say is no... Good luck.

this is exactly why i will never ever ever buy another tadao product....especially a $200 'ish oled board....

If it was a virtue you could have had a brand new/re-furb board with no receipt...no questions asked...

course with a virtue your gun wouldnt work as well as with a tadao,
