No.. the stock Turbo just didn't seem to warrant the extra cash for the output... it basically just gave more mpg's.. but eventually it'll get a Turbo/super charger then a Trifecta tune..

So why'd you buy a brand new car instead of buying a used sports car?

It's 4 door, has enough space in the hatch to be useful, cheaper insurance, 0 miles, 0 worries about any issues or breakdowns, and it's really hard to pass up a new car for less than $20k... and I can assure u there is nothing "ghetto" about my car... it does what I need it to do and at the end of the day it's my car and I'm happy with it.. and it's not a Honda.. lol..

Good for the Civic.. that was just the little joke everyone has about Honda.. my car has more power than the base Fiesta yet, with enough work, the Fiesta can be cranked up to to 600hp.. case in point the HFHV..

Why didn't you just get a cobalt ss with the turbo motor, they are under 20 now with very low miles, sleeper of the year.
my 800 dollar motorcycle rapes it and is more fun
my 3200 dollar car is much faster and holds more things and gets similar mileage and is more fun
my 20000 dollar car with warranty would rape it, holds about the same amount of cargo, and is more fun

But, if space was the issue and insurance was bad, did you even price around on used sports cars? My hatch WRX isn't really that bad. I've noticed hatchback sports cars generally have decently low insurance, and quite a few can be had for less than 20k in good condition.

It came down to payments.. had to be 2010 or newer for cheap payments.. hard to find a car that new for less than 20k.. I really wanted a hatchback, which adds to the cost.. and it wasn't about going fast for me, I wanted something fun to drive.. and the Sonic is very fun to drive..
