Reballs are definitely a good idea for practice.

Last year we set a per man practice fee....was basicly entry, 1.5 cases, and an extra 5 for drinks, ice etc for the pits. Team paid the captain, captain paid entry and bought paint, we signed the waivers and carried the paint back to the tent. First thing we did before gearing up is fill pods....usually 6 cases worth....if you were out a shift or we took a break longer than 20 min we filled pods again...need paint grab a pod no problem.....end of the day regardless of how much you shot, if there was any left it was divided evenly or kept with the capt for the next practice. If it looked like we'd run out before we were done we'd each chip in another 1/2 case....worked well for practice and tournaments (for tournaments we bought more to start).

Practice like you play.
If you shoot 8 pods in a tournament. Why would you shoot any less in practice.. I know its expensive but you should not change your game in practice.
