Having issues with it not going pass the 250fps mark. Does anyone else have the same issues???
Also looking to make the best of this gun is there any upgrades I can do?

You're not using a barrel kit... what bore is your barrel?
Other Trilogies? No, not really. Certain ones got a adjustable regulator and higher flow poppet valve, but all the internal dimensions of the marker itself were the same.

did you by chance take out the ball detent on the left side of the gun? I've seen that be the problem.

The detent will not be the problem, the barrel keeps the ball from rolling out.
Stock bolt is fine, don't bother changing it.
Hpr might not be needed... you need a good paint to bore match. Under bore is better.
