Find bigger fitting 012's or you could try a few wraps of teflon tape around the oring glands.

Touche'!
I love when you replace an SFT oring and come to find out that particular one was too small and it ends up causing ball breaks.

I bought some Brasso today to do this. Exactly what o-rings am I putting it on? I'm a little confused on this part. I don't want to screw this up.

All dynamic seals. So every oring that makes contact with the bolt.

I'm assuming that the bumper o-ring shouldn't be an issue...
I was under the assumption that it was the teflon coating on the magnesium that was being broken in... But really it's the o-rings?
One last question....
Should I just keep whatever lube is on the o-rings on there, or clean the system of lube before applying the metal polish?

The eigen doesn't use a bumper oring. The bolt guide has a bumper though.

You were correct. It's the coating that needs break in, not the o-rings. O-rings can be broken from the get go with a good fit.

Hoping someone can help me out. I just bought an sft shocker. And ordered an Eigenbolt from Lurker. From what I was told, the sft is completely stock.
Can I run just the eigenbolt with it and be fine? Did they test the Eigenbolt with a stock shocker?
Is an aftermarket bolt guide or anything recommended?
What are the settings you guys are around for good efficiency so I know a ball park to start toying with the settings.
I have read a few pages back. Some talk about some o-rings not fitting or causing problems? Is that only for people trying to use the eigenbolt with other aftermarket pieces? Will I most likely have this problem as well if my shocker is stock? Curious which o-rings I should order now rather than later so I can get it working asap.
Any recommendation for other aftermarket parts I should get to make my shocker as efficient as possible with the eigenbolt?
Any and all help appreciated

1: Yes you will be fine. Majority of testing was based off stock shockers SFT and NXT alike.
2: No aftermarket guide needed. Guides are personal preference. Only aftermarket part I suggest is a new board with the legal BPS ROF cap. Triggers are purely personal preference.
3: Most people are sitting around 10-12 ms dwell times with 180 input pressure.
4: Like most aftermarket products you should hand fit your orings. Some aftermarket parts have different sized recesses in their guides which cause some people to run into fitting problems. So far stock and NDZ guides have proven to be great.
5: I would just order 3x oring kit for a full build and you should be fine.
6: Other aftermarket parts are preference. There aren't too many that will bump efficiency but there are mods to help with airflow IF you want them. That requires drilling.
When you receive your Eigen you should break it in as much as possible to get rid of the black build up. Lurker suggested taking some metal polish to it and hand break it in.

the ball park is actually more like 150-160PSI / 8-10MS, 160/10 is pretty common.
