I get those every once in a while to change it up or be lazy. They're awesome, just too much for me to always spend on rice.

Stomach was killing me this morning, contemplated vomiting just to make it stop but didn't want to f up my macros.
Ate Special K post wo, and my stomach cramped up jut like with the rice.
The issue seems to be with carbs in morning. I can eat it later in the day without issue, but seem to consistently have digestive issues in the morning.
Not sure what to do, it's becoming unbearable.

so i've lost almost all my weight i gained from bulking in a matter of 3 weeks. was sitting at ~216 around my birthday (Jan 28) and now im a little under 205lbs
not super disappointed cause i know once i get back on my horse im gonna go ape ****, but i am close to classifying this bulk as a failure. reasons (more like excuses, but whatevs) are the work hours, a few more unexpected bills that i need to take care of, and of course, a woman (lol)
i definitely have SO MUCH MORE respect for you guys that work 35-40-45-50 hours a week AND STILL get in the gym AND STILL get your solid nutrition in. that goes for full time students as well.
havent had whey in almost a month now iirc, been getting my protein in somehow someway, but fats and carbs go completely untracked. this does not bother me as i strictly logged my nutrition for almost a year and a half so i know what i need to eat to gain and what i need to eat to lose.
once i cut (in a couple months) i will start logging a little closer just to keep an eye on my carbs
ill be on dat dere poverty cut tho, aka tuna, cottage cheese, cheap chicken, maybe whey if i can swing it, and hopefully at least get some beef in erry now and then
just a little update for you fellas
ill try to get a pic up to show yall i havent completely lost it, but i did lose a little bit lmao
holllaaaaaa

harry i've done the cottage cheese thing before, and trust me when i tell you, **** gets old after a while, lol
lurk i agree and disagree, im a pretty decent size and have a good frame, i think. but my ego hates the fact that i cant bench 225, dead 405, or squat 315. as bad as that may sound, lol.

For me its the opposite lol
If I let the mirror bother me too much, I'll never get that 1200+ total I've been chasing.

It's really not hard to drop the ego when lifting. Who gives two ****s how much you can lift if you have ****ty form, and you're not powerlifting?
No one in the gym cares that you can bench XXX. No one even cares that you squat, and no one notices you DLing XXX, just that you're making a lot of noise. Those who do know, won't give a **** until you're putting up impressive numbers anyway.
So stop caring about some stupid number on a piece of paper and focus on contraction and form.

This. So much. There is no way I'd go back to that lifting "style" now that I've reaped the benefits of focusing mostly on contraction and form. And honestly, the strength gains have been just as good, if not better.
