When you say its not cycling what is happening?

What happens when you air it up?

Is the bolt seated to the rear.

Is the bolt in a forward position?

when i air it up the bolt seats completely to the rear everything looks normal but when i pull the trigger all i get is an air bursting sound from the body and no cycling of the bolt at all.

Is your bolt guide screwed on tightly? When was the last time you took apart your engine, also is the spring bent ?

Are you putting it on 1.0? I think dwell is too low, bring it up to 14 and see what happensmaybe even try 16-18 dwell but I think 14 is appropriate

Make sure the feathertouch screw is out, manifold 1 1/2 turns from flush, dwell 12-14 ms, fsdo 7 or higher, and see if that does anything.

Also, check the fitment of your O-rings on the engine. While the engine is out of the gun, make sure the bolt moves freely without binding or sticking. There may be a O-ring fouling things up.

If all that fails, throw the 2.0 core in and see if it works with those settings. If it does, I would say you have a problem in the core.

I know the Pooty core uses a lower pressure in the can than the 2.0 core does. I am not sure if the low pressure on the tank coupled with the low pressure of the can would have anything to do with it or not. As long as your regulator (velocity adjustment) is adjusted right, I don't think it would be an issue.

The NDZ cans have known issues. Most of them run slightly larger on the oring grooves and dont allow a good seal on the bolt. You may get lucky and find some tighter fitting orings but Ive found to many issues with these cans and fitment for it to be worth it.
