I havnt used my freeflow rythm in a long time and i used it last weekend and on the chrono its jumping like 20 30 psi every shot y is this

Balls rolling out is not good, underbore some more. Rebuild is lubing or changing orings if needed. Make sure the battery is fresh as well.

aim up higher if the ball role out, balls rolling out might be your issue
