I think Machida can give Jon Jones some trouble. I hope he wins the title.

gsp took condit down and made him eat elbows for 4.5 rounds..
so i wouldnt doubt gsp takes diaz down... diaz has no defense for that.
hmmmm. could diaz submit gsp from the bottom?? could be his only chance.

It's possible, but GSP's submission defense and size advantage will make it tough.

I could see this being a fight similar to Silva and Sonnen's first fight. I see GSP taking it to the ground and Nick playing the patience game, looking for openings for a sub. Whether he'll get one or not, I'm not sure, but I've gotta give GSP the edge.
How about Hendricks/ Condit? I say Hendricks finally loses his streak...

Yeah, I'll never really understand that. I know it's a part of his game to try to get into his opponent's head, but it's obviously not working. I wonder if he'll actually retire now that he's gotten what he wants and failed :/
The co-main event stole the show tonight... Ellenberger's KO of Marquardt was pretty awesome too

Honestly, I think Diaz would struggle against the top 10 in the UFC. Strikeforce worked out great for him because the fighters they put him up against were a great matchup. Both Diaz bros don't have the muscle to go against the big guys. Nick probably has the frame of a LHW, but he fights at bean pole status.

Hype train? The guy has cleaned out the 145 division and beat the former LW champ. What else can a guy do?

Whatever. I for one am glad Mma isn't going down the same road as boxing where patty cake pillow jabs win fights. Even if you consider that fight a loss for Aldo, there's no way he's just a hyped up fighter.

Aldo is serious in my book. MMA has alot of variables and such, but sometime analyzing a fighter can be much simpler. If a fighter beats everyone that is put in front of him, then he is a great MMA fighter
