I have an mini with a foregrip extender and an ape board and was wondering how a bone stock marq 6 would compare. Any feedback is helpful so don't hesitate

The stock engine marq will be smoother than the stock bolt mini.

Are there any other strong points of the marq that I should be aware of?

Good efficiency but very smooth for a poppet. If you could add the supercharged engine to it still, the only markers that really surpass the efficiency of a properly set up Marq are the Gen5/6 Timmies (Vice, Threshold, G6R).
