OK, please read your instruction manual. You should NEVER tough the belleville spring stack as there is nothing you need to adjust in that. Please refer to your manual on how to correctly adjust the pressure in your Ninja Pro Regulator and how to properly reassemble and realign your belleville springs on the piston.

I got my tank back with a ninja reg installed. I noticed that the metal piece in the fill valve moves when the tank moves from side to side, is that normal?

As they are sold it would not be doable, but if you wanted to add slide checks so you can control which end would have the output. If you were to do that I am positive it would work for you.

If the piece you are referring to is the shuttle valve inside the fill nipple, then yes that is normal. The shuttle valve will only stay in place when there is pressure in the system to keep it in place. There is no damage in the valve moving back and forth.

Is the shuttle valve the silver piece you can see inside the full nipple? If so, ok thanks for the info.

Yes smaziarz, the shuttle valve is the silver piece within the fill nipple. You are 100% ok

That would depend on which marker you are using and what level of control and adjustability you want. I would recommend the PRO reg as it had the most consistent output with a wife range of output pressures from LP to MP to HP. It also has the ability to pivot to your ideal position so you can have your fill nipple or gauge in the exact right position.

iambrandon, you can put the 4th shim at the very top of the belleville disks before reinstalling them on the piston.

Right so the pro HP will be fine for a shocker or demon?

Yes, the Standard Ninja Pro regulator will work for both of those markers. Setting the reg's output to MP output would work well for both markers if I remember correctly.

The Ego11/Geo3 both work as well as the GT and Drone DX. I believe the Etek4 will work as well since it has the same regulator as the high end platform. Ninja will not say they recommend the use of SLP on another marker as there has not been enough testing done by them to ensure proper function.

As long as fibers under the gel coat cracks are not damaged, it is 100% safe to use and the cracks will not affect the safety or performance of the air system.

If you want to check for leaks, put pressure in the bottle and then submerge the entire regulator underwater. Look for bubbles. If bubbles come out, you will know exactly where the leak is. If no bubbles form, you know there's no leak and it could have possibly just been a slow seal.

If you would like to have the bottle sent in to have the gel coat replaced, you can click this link, fill out the info, and our bottle manufacturer will remove the gel coat, replace it with a new formula, cure it, remount your reg, and also pay for the return shipping.

I had one of my ninja tank repaired but last weekend after a practice session I notice when cleaning my gun and tank notice that I have a chunk of the gel coat popped off the tank. What can I do to get the tank repaired? The fiber is not damaged. I am a back player so no crazy dives.

Thanks...

So I'm soon to be receiving a Ninja SLP tank regulator, and I was wondering if there would be any issues installing the SLP reg on a 3000psi bottle rather than a 4500psi?

I'm assuming not but just wanting to double-check. Sorry if it's a silly question
