2013 Demon question for Frank

Frank,

I messaged you several days ago and I see that you have been active on pbnation. So I feel as if I've given you ample opportunity to respond in a professional manner.

Anyways in my private message to you I expressed my feelings with the fact that I paid for my demon in November the date of my final payment was November 11th to be exact. Since then I've heard the guns should be in starting late November then it was December then every time I asked after that it was next week every week I asked up until the last time I asked I was told not until march now. As of right now I've been waiting over 3 months and it's looking like it'll take 4 before another excuse is found.

I understand we bought the guns for a team package price making us different from other buyers. However I know one of the local teams that also paid this price got their guns 3 weeks ago. I'm also no longer part of that team so if you don't want to honor the team package price that's fine you can refund me my money and I'll be on my way. Preferably even whatever the situation is I would just like a refund at this point.

its better if you call them. but if nothing really happens, its time for BBB! man you dont know how many emails i got from frank about the battery cover. it makes me nervous everytime i play. but never get shot on that area but still, you never know.

anyways, on a positive note, my 2012 demon shot phenominal today! im not sure wend im going to have a problem with the QEV but this gun still going strong.

Im part of that other team that got.the guns honestly if u rush,they come bacl looking terrible mine came with no case they bubble wrapped n shipped 20 guns every single one has shipping damage came with no spare parts just charger.n gun I am very disappoimted in.vanguard

This is not good, you guys need to communicate directly with Frank and let him know. He comes on here sometimes, but he rarely responds to PMs here. No disrespect but it shouldnt.matter whether or not I call or email either way i.should get a response if I email ninja about my tank they email me right back if I email daryll Trent about my Luxe emails me right.back and fixes everything so I feel as if I email frank within a day or two I should get a response correct me if im wrong

I understand that they should be more rapid about their email replies and I feel for you. At the same time if you've been emailing and trying for so long and never decided to call I no longer feel for you. Every time I've talked to vanguard on the phone it's been a great experience and they seem to work mostly over the phone and assuming if you did call they could help resolve you're issues but if calling is too intimidating you might be left waiting a whole or not getting the response you want.

I reply to every form of communication usually same day, email, PBNATION PMs, Facebook, phone, text, etc.

I know it's a pain in the A-- but I'd try him by phone.

Well since people seem to know how tp get ahold of frank where can I get some orings for my gun they didnt come with spare parts or a case (which we were promised) and I tried frank n suprise suprise no response my gun hasnt worked since I got it
