I feel the opposite about blue. Between only having two main lifts at the base it's pretty ****ty for wait lines. I do admit that sidewinder and the park runs can be fun though. I also feel like blue is 10 times more icy than creek or camelback.

Blue is the best mountain in the "Poconos." Biggest vertical, best mountain terrain. Good terrain park too. Expensive.

JFBB is the best park in the area, hands down. Constantly rotating features, well staffed, best pricing. If you don't ride terrain park, you probably won't have fun here.

Cameltoe sucks for snowboarders. Lots of flat, lots of ice, lots of people. I rode there when I was a rook. Affordable though, and closest to Central Jersey.

All are packed on the weekends, so that is a non-factor.

Over the past 3 seasons, I rode at Big Boulder the most, followed by Blue. I haven't ridden at Camelback in over 7 years at least.

Camelback has gotten a lot better park wise. My buddy has a season pass there so I went a couple times and I dig their setup this year.

I will choose camelback anyway over creek . Creek gets icy as **** and the lines are long . The fact that camel has a park only lift helps a lot . There are easy 35 features at camel . 3 trails of jumps and **** and multiple splits at
The end .

Heard about the transformer issue . Saw a ton of Facebook statuses that day. Was actually at Shawnee because it was the first day I got twin tip skis so wanted to go somewhere lamer to figure out how to ski backwards .

Guys on my ski team were at hunter when they had to be evacted from the lift. a motor blew or some **** or something got stuck ? They threw ropes over the lift and pulled it to the ground and you got off .

Tremblant had a crazy Foam pit. Problem is there was about 400 yards of flats leading to it an then you had to hike about 50 yards to drop in . It was free though . Just a lot of work .

Sounds cool ^

Skiing backwards is easy. Go to the beginner hill (not the bunny) and practice there. I knew how to efficiently ski backwards before I ever snapped into twin tips lol

I got it together at the wide *** newb hill at camelback . Still to the day I can do really easy 360s If I spin to the right but spinning to the left is sketchier . Also when I do a 180 to the left , I feel sketch spinning the other way to complete the 360z and instead do a 180 back to the front turning to my right .

Thinking of transferring to ski's, perhaps next season. I love snowboarding, but I really like the idea of being able to have my torso face where I want to go and skiing seems much less injury prone.

Far less injury prone if you aren't a ****ing retard

Skiing can be just as cool no matter what all the 24 year old college fail out alcoholic drug using ***** say. Just don't be a scrub and all will be pleasant.

It depends on how good you are . Once you get better doing glades you risk getting more ****ed up then the park depending on how ham and how back country you go .

Also moguls are more likely to blow a knee out then boarding .

The idea of facing directly directly down a mountain freaks me out way more than on a snowboard. Also my legs being able to go two different directions
