My dad came into town for the weekend and all dieting went out the window. I tried to make the "healthier" or less carb choices, but oh well. I'll start my fast around 9 tonight and see how IF works out for the next couple of weeks.

I do something similar. Fast starts around 8, on training days I lift before work at 7 AM, get into work at 9, and eat my first meal around 12. If you do it this way you train fasted.

Not sure what you are asking since your sentence is a bit incomprehensible...

I'm sure I lost a little mass when I was cutting but my strength stayed the same. I'm LG bulking now and have nothing but great results IMO.

Slowly but surely. Couple of days in there I ate a bit more than I should have and had a few high cal (i'm assuming) beers at trivia night.

I would prefer to start at 2225, I started my last cut at 4,000. It sucked trying to eat that many calories in 8hrs, with my stomach issues.

I've decided that's where I'm gonna start this cut at too. I figure I've been recomping at 4200 or so, so I'm gonna slowly start bringing it down.

Lunch was 2225 cal
111f/111c/190p

Dinner was 2397 cal
151f/120.5c/115p

Fats were high for dinner tonight damn Italian sausage subs.

I don't play no games. Dinner is usually around half that for dinner and is made up by carbs and a bit protein.

Can't weight to cut again. Currently at 207, but I want to weight till I'm about 215 so I don't have to drop below 200 during the cut.

Wondering if I'd be spinning my wheels cutting down to 200 then bulking up to 210 and repeating or if I should increase that window?

Doubling that number and doing 195-215 sound better? I put weight on real easy but it's a mother****er to get off.
