200psi on the hpr is good. Look down the feedneck and make sure the bolt is all the way back. I run my hpr at 205psi and lpr as low as possible without getting fsdo.

find out what it is at first if it is at stock leave it cuz stock should be fine.. i would try to tinker with the hpr and lpr to see what you can get if all else fails relube the bolt make sure you loader isn't putting too much pressure on the stack..
was it chops or barrel breaks

i would just reset everything to stock.. easier for me since i have the ape board in mine but even still.. start over from stock.. i hope you filled your tank and stuff so you can try it out at home.
if you ever have problems with that closer send it to me i can fix anything that goes wrong with it.. hell i can even diagnose a problem if you tell me what it is doing

With your pressure guage installed adjust hpr to about 190psi, now take out lpr set screw and turn counterclockwise until the gun won't cycle. Now turn clockwise one notch at a time until it fully cycles and there is no fsdo and install set screw. If you are still shooting low velocity increase hpr to desired velocity. If you are over 200psi on your guage that's totally fine. Make sure you have good paint/barrel match and paint isn't super fragile. Another thing is that some people said with the new bolt it is a tiny bit forward in the breech so if your is unscrew bolt assembly 1/4-1/2 turns so its not at all in the breech.

Speaking of karnies I might trade my clone for one.
Though I much prefer my dc2 as far as ecockers go:

that is a black magic reg not a stock dc2 as far as i know
nvm it did have a bm reg sorry i just hated that reg.. it would look sick with an ego 5 reg on it or a hyper 2 would be more consistent too .. i would like to see an aka 2 liter on it

Well thought I would let everybody know after trying to get my zr1 to work for a few months nearly a year ago I gave up. I recently got in touch with Ken on facebook and talked to him about the marker, After he learnt about the issues I was having he told me to call him.
I called and he explained the whole thing in great detail and told me how to fix the issues I was having. He spent 10-15 minutes on the phone giving me the complete run down and after that time was up I had a marker that stopped leaking and was firing smooth like a cocker. After we finished up talking about the marker we Bull$#@&ed for a few minute then he offered to send a few spares and a ball detent and detent spring which I needed.
I am totally impressed by his customer service and dedication to the customer, there isn't another company owner in this industry that would take the time to sit down and do that.
When Chris C was around the company I tried numerous times to get a hold of him with no reply. This was my first attempt at contacting Ken directly, just goes to show what real customer service is all about.

Sorry about all the problems you were having. As far as customer service, you will get mixed reviews. A lot of people were having problems getting a hold of Ken too and had great CS with Chris but I'm just glad you got your gun shooting like its supposed to..
