I thought the actor that plays Loki did a much better job in The Avengers than he performed in Thor. In Thor I was like wow this guy sucks, but in Avengers he was actually a pretty believable bad guy, despite being a wimp still and having that super gay horn helmet.

Clearly you've never seen a movie from before 1970 or anything on Netflix.

I saw it at a drive in last night. It was pretty decent. Would have been better in a theater with surround sound and all that, but it was good. Several laughs, lots of action, RDJ being an ***, Cap being a goody goody, Hulk kicking ***.
Thor seemed to forgiving to me, though. Beat the **** out of brother, try to reason. Beat the **** out of him again, try to reason again. Felt he was only here for eye candy for the women, actually.
I'd give it 7-7.5 out of 10 maybe. Won't pay to see it again, though.

I thought it made sense with Thor. It is his brother, after all.

Oh, I agree - it did. But, after all that Loki put Thor through, you'd think he'd figure it out. Loki isn't on your side, Thor!

But you see those qualities in heroes all the time.
Think of Spider Man in the comics, he's always giving people second chances. And Batman constantly just put the Joker into a prison he can break out of time and time again. Even knows that he kills without mercy all the time and more innocents die.
Thor figures that Loki isnt beyond some redemption and wants him to be subject to Asgardian law. I think what Marvel is trying to say is that Thor found a higher moral ground and responsibility in the last movie or some nonsense.

I found the specificity of Hawkeye's "disable the right rear fan of the helicarrier through the port on one of the terminals" arrow oddly specific.

I couldnt get over the fact hawkeye was making all these wild no look shots, but missed robin scherbatsky from like 3 feet away with a pistol in the opening scene.

Lets get talking Phase 2 guys, since Ironman 3 and Thor 2 drop this year.
Personally, I'm really excited for Guardians of the Galaxy, they just cast Chris Pratt from Parks and Rec as Peter Quil/Star Lord

I wish Marvel and Disney would do Spidey. I thought the reboot was dismal.

Rocket Racoon and Groot.
But I liked the Spidey reboot, the movie was just bad paced.
