The Worlds first Valken Big Game will take place at this Napoleonic Fort setting in the rolling hills of rural France.

The Fort only have one level above ground (which you can see in the pic) but a further 3 levels are all below ground and are a warren of tunnels, bunkers and fortified battlements.

The surrounding woodland you can see in the pic houses miles and miles of concrete trenches and dozens of underground bunkers and concrete strongholds.

The Valken Big Game: The Fort will be run by British promoter Shoreline Paintball and the event will be capped down to just 600 lucky players who will play for 3 days and 2 night games.

About 30 players are flying in from North America. The rest will come from all over Europe with some flying in from Asia and Australia.

It should be a pretty special event.

Very cool but I wish more was above ground. I do better with room to work instead of crawling down hallways. I've never been out of the country, we need one of these in the US.

Tim, I cannot put into words how excited for this event I am! I have wanted to experience the legendary wonder of a Shoreline event for quite some time and two teammates and I are venturing over for this game for our very first overseas adventure!
