I just got a BNIB luxe 1.5 and this asa is really tight im talking about the screws going up into the frame... if anyone could help that would be great. thanks

You should be able to slightly see the screws going "up in the frame". As long as they are not pushing the battery into the power switch, or any other connectors on the board, you're fine.
