A friend of mine is currently working with a field owner and our base to open up a paintball field. If anyone has an experience with successful base fields, on or off base facilites, any contacts or help would be greatly appreciated. I know that there are several bases with paintball fields contracted out to local field owners and it has worked out very well generating a significant amount of money for the base.

I am a sad panda today. One of my new SSgts asked if I would tack him on at the promotion ceremony and it got shot down by my Major and Flight Chief. We have a WG/CC driven no hard hitting policy at promotion ceremonies so my dreams of acting like I'm really gonna hit him, following through behind him, smiling and winking at our wing commander and then gently tapping on his rank have been dashed.

Not sure, but assuming there are mandatory recall rosters, they can mandate you to have a personal phone number that they can contact you on for recall/emergency purposes. I doubt they can force you to have a cell phone though. But I have been known to be wrong.
No some one can help me with my question. If my Airman's name came up on the DOS rollback list because she got an Art. 15 last year, is there anything we can do to get her off of the list? |

If your commander decides to retain her, thats the only way. Did they generate a form 418 for her yet? If they don't do a 418 to separate her, she should be g2g....for this rollback. If they don't get enough people out, they'll do another.
I'm going through the exact same nonsense with one of my guys. If you want to PM me your email address I can email you the "cc slide show" on the rollback, and the real AF 20 page document that outlines every detail of the current DOS rollback program.

AFI says you have to be reachable. Nothing says you have to have a phone also nothing says you have to answer your phone unless you're previously notified of pending recall/standby.
