So my geo2 has bolt stick, the original problem was the front oring, replaced it with the proper oring, as said in manual, and it started leaking, put a bigger oring on, leak stopped. Shot through almost a hopper fine but on the last few balls the bolt sticks out just a little to much and prevents the ball falling into the breach. Why does this happen? Could it be the dwell? Help please

Put the proper oring back on. LIGHTLY! Lube that oring and see if it seals up. PE does say to keep that oring dry so that you don't get any lube into the breech/eyes...but try it out and see if it helps.

Edit: actually now that I'm thinking about it...that oring isn't even a sealing oring, your leak may be coming from the oring on the inside diameter of the can.
