Try changing you battery first, there might not be enough power for the noid to work correctly. But possibly one of the orings on the pilot valve or the pilot valve itself maybe damage. The pilot valve that that piece on the left with the wire coming out. So check those orings really good and check to see if the valve itself is damaged.

I unscrewed it, it looks to be in good shape! The orings look fine also!

Just because an oring looks fine doesn't always mean that it is.

Its a cracked housing. It is cracked in around the middle screw hole. Order a new housing, I believe they are a little over 30 bucks. When you screw the new housing back down, make sure to not over tighten it. Those housings crack EXTREMELY easily.

If you are positive it isn't the spool pack (refer to page 67 of your manual) than it is likely a cracked housing unfortunately.

Technically, it could be that your inline regulator is supercharging, since the solenoid will vent to protect itself. But I assume you are addressed that if you are using the manual?

I concur with the preceding posts, your housing is cracked. When you put your housing on do not tighten the screws extremely tight or you get this problem. I typically go 1/4 - 1/2 turn past snug.

Did you replace the pilot valve or just the orings? Also was it a very noticeable leak or could you only hear it when pressed to your ear?
