Pump division???

Will there be a pump division at Huntington Beach? if so how much will entry be?

Last year the price spiked and dates weren't released until the last minute so it was not feasible for us being out of state. If the information is provided in advance and the entry is reasonable we'd be interested in playing.

April will be here before we know it, so please let us all know

im pretty sure there will be we are taking two pump squads to hb. ill see what i can find out for you.

couple my guys and i are working on a team for HB. I'm hoping that people and teams start announcing they are going because from what in have read about last HB, it wouldn't be worth our trip from Upstate NY.

I'm going to be watching the nppl thread for a bit before we start paying for tickets and rooms.

from what went on in vegas and in this off season i heard that there should be more pump teams all season long.

i bet there is pump in HB but the rest of the year will be a wash like last couple years

I confirmed with Chuck that there is no pump division this year, however we're welcome to play 5-man

nppl killed it when they raised the entry fee and made the prizes weak for how much they were asking

A cup and some medals are fine for a lower entry. PSP is a great value for the respect and quality they give to the pump division. I always felt ripped off after an nppl event.

NPPL did not make the genuine effort to consult, ask, or inquire what the Pump Teams wanted. Instead, they raised entry fees and changed the Pump Schedule from a 2 day event into a 3 day event. This was especially hard for non-California teams, who needed to plan ahead and spend more for travel and housing, etc. With those teams out, it just wasn't the same.

We would play every year up to 2011. We always looked forward to competing with the out of state teams.

I miss playing pump paintball on beach....
