I am preparing all of the information in regards to the entire season. It is a considerable amount of information to organize and display in a fashion that will not confuse people. It seems that I failed to do so with the Imperial Program highlight in this banner.
I would ask for the players patience. I know you want info, but I am going to bat for the players. I am attempting to get as much for ALL of you as humanly possible. This takes time and I am close to getting all of the answers.
If you really need an answer right now, here where we currently stand...
Currently the G.I. Imperial Program is open to every team. It offers the sizable discounts on Clothing packages that can be combined with other hard goods like goggles and markers. You can get this discounted pricing when you purchase one of these packages through my EPL account. Anyone interested in this program should EMAIL/PM me.
Currently benefits are as follows:
REGIONAL EVENTS (EPL and others)
- None. <---Looking to change this!!!! We will see...
NATIONAL EVENTS (NPPL and PSP)
- Buy all Tournament paint at $40 and $45 (at a national event only)
- Finish 1st place at a national event and win 100% paint refund (at a national event only)
- Finish 2nd place at a national event and win 50% paint refund (at a national event only)
- Finish 1st place at a national event wearing a G.I. Sportz Grille SE and win $1000.00 cash. (at a national event only).
- Video promotion of team by G.I. Sportz Video team posted on G.I. Sportz YouTube. (at a national event only).
Requirements for above benefits (when at a national event like PSP/NPPL).
Players must wear G.I. Sportz Pants, Include G.I. Sports 2013 Logos on jerseys, showcase G.I. Sportz Loader stickers and Goggle stickers, Shoot G.I. Sportz paintball for the entire event, and wear a VForce Goggle.
As you can see, none of the benefits listed above benefit a player in the EPL except that you get all of the gear at a big discount and if you decide to play a national event on the east coast you will already be able to take advantage of the benefits listed above. I am working to get more benefits for the players who participate in the G.I. Imperial Program. I dont know if my efforts are going to produce results. I will know a lot more after the paintball extravaganza next week.
I can tell everyone that the paint price is not going to change. I also know that nobody wearing G.I. gear (or any other manufacturer) is going to get refunded paint or cash for wearing a particular piece of equipment. Benefits like those are why teams pay an entry fee that is 5 times (if not more) than an EPL Entry.
Paint Pricing will stay the same all year for G.I. 4 Star:

With all of that being said there is ANOTHER Imperial Program that G.I. is offering. Lets call this one the "EPL Imperial Program" just for this explanation. This one is also open to all teams.
If a team decides to shot G.I 4-Star all season (EPL Imperial Program requirement). Which would be 4 conference events and the East Coast Cup. Then they would qualify for the following ADDED prize (on top of the normal EPL event prizes plus ECC Championship Prizes).
- 5-MAN Division 4 - 1000.00 in G.I. Sportz Product
- 5-MAN Division 5 - 500.00 in G.I. Sportz Product
- 3-MAN Division 4/5 - 250.00 in G.I. Sportz Product

Potentially a D4 team that is in the "EPL Imperial Program" can walk away from the East Coast Cup (ECC) with the following:
- 5-Empire Axe Markers or Proto Reflexes (your choice)
- Plus
- Free Entry to the PSP World Cup (D4)
- Plus
- $1000 in G.I. Sportz product
If the winning D4 team at the East Coast Cup signed up for the "EPL Imperial Program" AND the G.I. Imperial Program (listed above) they could potentially go to world cup for FREE with new markers and even more G.I. Product. Then IF they WIN World Cup they get back all of their paint money and put a $1000 in their pocket plus be featured in a G.I. Promotional Video. Oh.. and you won WORLD CUP.
And for those of you who think it can happen...its already happened in the past. An EPL team won World Cup in 2010! (Seek & Destroy)
I would say it worth as least considering.
