Ok so whn i air up my tank and twist it in my ion the pressure gauge on my ion is exactly at 200 i dot think thats good and some times my gun wont shoot i have to unscrew my tank and then my gauge is at 150 then i have to unscrew my regulator, when i unscrew the regulator it pushes the rest of the air out and my gauge goes down to 0 my gun isn't supposed to do that if anyone could help me figure this out id greatly appreciate it

lower your reg setting, it should be at 180 give or take a few psi. if your pressure is too high, it will prevent you from firing.

The same way you increase and decrease your velocity. With the stock reg on your ion there should be a nut or bolt right about your macroine and elbow fitting. Adjust it accordingly.

I suggest you read your manual. If you don't have one then I would just type in into a search engine and download it.

Btw, if you've never cleaned your reg, I recommand cleaning it it as well
