IS this a troll lol i find it pretty funny to think that blind people would even want to play wouldnt they just be all standing in the same spot because if they move they will just topple over a bunker for sure

Just rediculous...there's laws against discrimination against handicapped people, however, theres a difference between just not giving someone an oppertunity because of the handicap or disability and safety. No blind shooting, you have to see what your shooting at...dangerous for everyone as well as the blind person/persons, all this is just another way to give paintball a bad name as well as to the people who play and giving people a way to profit off someones misery, the money hungry bastards.

i was about to come in here and rip someone to shreds for bringing this back from the grave, but seeing the comment that brought it back is actually relevant to the thread, i'll pass
can't believe this went to trial, if the paintball field loses, then the judge is dumb

Doesnt surprise me. I would doubt the field would settle the civil suit out of court. Hopefully they'll be able to counter sue and recoup their legal fees when all is said and done.
