E-portal question

Hi, I have a question regarding the e-portal software.

Say I buy one, install the usb receiver in my geo 3 and change the booting screen on my geo. If I take out the board piece will I lose my modifications to the booting screen ?

No, the usb receiver is just an adapter. Once you've made your new boot screen and upload it, it becomes a persistent feature of the marker the same as any custom firing modes you upload to it. When you are finished you remove the receiver (adapter) as well.

It just programs the board and stays on your settings til u decide to change it.

We have a Geo 3 and a AlienWare computer laptop with Windows 7 64-bit, but it says it can't install the driver?? Any help, it runs the software, but says that I need to disable the driver signature enforcement (which we tried) and when you plug the gun in, the program just won't recognize it. Any help, or now where I can find the answer?

Download the 64bit drivers from the support section of the Planet Eclipse website. Follow the instructions carefully and you'll be up and running in no time.

what if i have an ego 11 and i have e-portal,, but when i connect the two and i start making a design the epotal program cant detect my ego

make sure your ego11 is turned on
