7th Element G3 board Ramping question

Ok so PSP rules only alow for 12.5, my G3 is my backup to my G5, Is there any way to get close to 12.5 on the 7th element board with the user defined ramping, has anyone attempted to do this or should i just leave it at 12bps PSP mode. I really don't under stand the "ramping percentage" portion of the manual is someone could explain lil better that be awesome thnx.

I'd suggest leaving it at 12bps PSP mode simply because if your marker decides to cycle a bit faster you could hit something like 12.7 or 12.8 and depending on the tourney you'll get screwed for it.
