Paint is the problem.....I just went throguh a case of 2000 yesterday with 2 star gi paint and only had about 4 or 5 bust.I do not even think that it was a break I think I just fired to fast do to the barrel was clean each time.

How tightly does the paint fit in your freak inserts and also, what hopper are you using?

As for the OP, it seems like it is your paint, as everyone else has pointed out. If you can, try ordering a higher quality brand online and see if it makes any difference if proper boring does not help.
