It's not that. When I go to my next base I need something very dependable. If I could count on the Soup to take me to work every day I wouldn't have an issue. That and the AC hardlines are ****ed and I won't ever be able to have AC down south.
I can afford stuff now. I would get an FRS, since I can't afford the monthly on an STI unless it is used at super cheap. There's also the GTI and all sorts of ****. I just need to figure out what to do.
Given how extremely impressed I was with the FRS, it still didn't feel right sitting in it. The Supra just feels so damn right. I don't know man. I might have to be a ***** and buy a econobox.
I'm in such a dilemma. Sell the Supra and lease a new/buy a newish car or keep it.
I am just responding to your posts from this one on. Was gonna say to you, remember the FR-S/BRZ should stay in relatively high demand for a while. If you drive it for even a year and decide it's "not for you", you should be able to find a buyer who was almost there but just not quite financially in far enough to have picked up a brand new one. Or you could drive it for four years, and still be able to make a decent amount of your original investment back. What base are you at now/do you plan to go to any bases in a colder climate? I personally feel a wrx may get boring in only a warm weather area. Also, I was disappointed to find out about the open diffs on the front and rear axles of WRX's I have been looking at one of those as a daily. I do need to still go test drive one.
I seriously lose sleep over how awesome the FR-S drove, and feel I need one lol. Get out and drive one!
I see now that the circumstances of one's birth are irrelevant... It is what you do with the gift of life that determines who you are.

My uncle almost bought a nice blue 91' miata for 2800. Dealer ended up selling it out from under him at the last minute. I think he's looking I to turboing his current one now. I took it out for a drive the other day. The Flyin miata coilovers are a little bouncey but the car is so much fun
