Virtue board eye malfunction

I keep getting the blinking light for eye malfunction.
What's weird is i can shoot about 3-4 shots before it goes into the malfunction mode. Any ideas? Cleaned them and put new battery in

Take the eye covers off and inspect the solder joints to see if one of them broke free. Check your wire harness for loose wires or the sockets on the board for bent or missing pins. Check your battery harness for loose or frayed wires. Those are the options that make most sense to me since your getting a few shots in before the eye malfunction. It seems to me that the vibrations from the shots are loosening something up and making a bad or weak electrical connection.
