Was told this was a Bob Long 2000 series cocker, but would like to verify.

Normally if it is make in 2000 you need 2K+

Looks like a pre 2K to me. If you could get a picture or tell us the size of the hole that's behind the front block then we'd know for sure.

There's a pretty good chance it's 99 spec. Volumizers weren't as common after the switch.

Pre 2k wouldnt have a removable vertical asa like that, so id say 2k1? But with that back block it looks pre-2k but doubt it
