Hey guys! I am trying to make a field at my house. I have a lot of pallets and barrels and was wondering how I should make it? I have about a 2 acre field I have access to.
My field is just woods... We use the trees that fall, and build bunkers out of those, but there is no garbage in our woods. If you go through other times when we are playing it is just regular woods.
Here is a video that shows part of our field, we play on about 10 acres I guess.
pallets lumber wraps ( like tarps but hardware stores will usually give them to you for free if you ask) and some scrap wood and 2x4 plywood is great too if doing it in the woods use trees as much as possible so you dont waste materials we started our fields in our area in august and by november we had three great paintball fields all in one area within ten min utes of each other works out really well
in case no one has seen this video, please seriously consider doing so, because from what i saw on it, it would be a worthwhile minimum investment. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uAs3ci9kGtQ

Reason: misspelling
A stack of tires work good. or fridges, couches, old boats, bunkers made out of branches, box springs for beds, truck toppers, scrap foam. thats what my course is made out of.
for field netting, you can go to Home Depot, Lowe's, Orchard Supply Hardware, or any local home store, and look for cloth patio covering, which does work as a barrier.
Yeah, I was thinking about buying a scuba tank too. Then when I talked to my friends I found out none of them want to play paintball. They can't do it soon because they have to fix their guns, and they can't do it a month from now because they have plans every weekend.
Its getting pretty annoying. Looks like I'm going to have to go to a legit field by myself and pay their crazy prices if I want to play paintball this year.
