I understand the QB is the focal point of an offense, but if guys dont step up around him, there is nothing he can do.
Example A: 1999 Div game vs Tennessee. Down 16-9 on 3rd and 22, Manning threw a ball to Harrison that would have gone for 30+ and this happens:
Peytons fault...obviously for hitting him in the hands.
Also this one in the WC round vs Miami. Not late, but 7 points none the less that lead to a FG.
Then again in 05, after an entirely improbable drive to get well within Vander******s range to tie the game and seize momentum...
Also, this one against SD. CLEARLY Peytons fault
Oh then this gem in 08 @ SD....notice the TE forget the snap count and never get out of his stance. The Colts were in the lead at this point with just over 2 minutes to go.
And this year...if this isnt a blow PI call I dont know what is...
