Ok ive been looking all over and kinda tested it out but i didnt notice a lot of difference...

Ive got my Nt set at

dwell:9
PSI-125
Spacer body with 0 inserts
blue flow insert

I took the spacer body off thinking it would reduce recoil it may have slightly but do you NEED the spacer body on the bolt? I've been looking all over and cant find a definite answer... i play 3v3 xball, front and don't need efficiency just smooth and on target.

Should have my green flow insert tomorrow also and don't want to use body spacer on it if i dont need it.

I've been running mine at

Dwell: 8
PSI - 135
No spacers/spacer body (I don't even own any inserts/spacers at all)
Blue Flow Insert

Don't know about efficiency numbers but the gun shot nicely all day.

This had me right around 290 fps +/-6. Not sure how broken in my internals are, haven't had the gun in my possesion long.

In short, no, you don't have to have the spacer body in the gun for it to operate but you should notice an fps increase by up to 20 when you take it out and keep your settings the same.

Alright.. awesome cause i think the green insert with no body or inserts on it... is supposed to be amazingly smooth
